I recognized and appreciate the exemplary work ethic this team puts into each sale. Darlene was always quick to answer her phone and prompt when returning messages. I knew they had my back by paying close attention to all details with inspections, contract issues and the timeliness of any necessary repairs needed. Darlene Eslick was amazing to work with! Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of the market. Darlene knows a lot of little tricks when writing contracts to increase your likelihood of getting a home. She always answered questions, comments, and concerns immediately. Additionally, Darlene has amazing connections and advice for home buyers. For example: the home that my wife and I purchased had one of those old clay tile sewer lines. She suggested prior to closing that we get an endorsement on our insurance premium for Outside Sewer Line Protection & Back-up. I had no idea that was even a thing you could do and it only cost an extra $67/yr. Sure enough, within 5 weeks of owning the home, the clay tile had collapsed due to tree roots, and backed up, flooding our basement with poop water. Thanks to Darlene's advice we were insured and the several thousand dollars it took to replace it was covered through the insurance.
